BlitzWorks is an IT services company in Regensburg, Germany. We build web applications, customer portals and system integrations for mid-sized businesses, help them digitise individual workflows, and host applications in German data centres. You get a fixed price after an analysis, and the source code is yours.
What we do
Software and web development
Web applications, customer portals and integrations between ERP, CRM, web shop and accounting. Typical projects run from 15 to 120 person-days and are quoted at a fixed price after an analysis.
IT consulting and digitalisation
We map how work actually gets done on site, find where paper and double entry slow things down, and deliver small projects: digital forms and approvals, data capture where the work happens, Microsoft 365 rollouts.
Cloud and hosting
We run web applications and portals in data centres in Germany, with monitoring, daily backups, updates and documented incident procedures, whether or not we built the application.

How a project works
- 01Analysis. We look at the workflow on site and agree in writing what the application must do, and what it deliberately leaves out.
- 02Fixed-price offer. A concept with screen drafts and a fixed price with milestones. No hourly meter.
- 03Development. Two-week sections. After each one you get a version you can try yourself.
- 04Handover and operation. Source code, documentation and all credentials are yours. On request we run the application in Germany.

BlitzWorks in Regensburg is not related to blitzworks.com (software for the fashion and film industry), Blitzwerks (Singapore), Blitzwork (blitz-work.com), the dissolved Blitzworks Limited (UK), or the developer tools Blitz.js, blitz.dev and StackBlitz. Our own hosting platform is blitz.cloud.
